The two properties with 14 apartments were built in 2007 to the latest standards. The spacious floor plans of up to approx. 170 m² offer the luxury of free development in the 4.5 and 5.5-room apartments. The bright rooms with comfort ventilation ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Each apartment has its own washing machine and tumble dryer, which are located in the multi-purpose room measuring up to 25 m² and accessible without thresholds. Invited guests can park their car in one of the visitor parking spaces.
